New Nintendo Switch online games revealed

Nintendo Switch Online subscribers will receive three new games through the SNES app later this month! On July 28, fans will have the chance to play Claymates, Jelly boy, and Bombuzal. Even fans who grew up during the Super Nintendo era can be forgiven for not knowing about these games, but maybe they will find a new audience on Switch! A trailer featuring all three games can be found at the top of this article. These choices are likely to disappoint fans who are still waiting for games like Tied to the earth to be released, but there’s a good chance Nintendo will add the game to the service in the near future.

For those unfamiliar with the SNES app, this is a free download that can be obtained in the eShop for Switch Online subscribers. The app currently features a plethora of beloved console games, including Super mario world, Donkey Kong Country, and The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. Subscribers also have access to an NES app with many games from this era.

In addition to these applications, Nintendo Switch Online subscribers regularly have access to trial versions of the games. In the past, Nintendo has offered titles like Pokken Tournament and Crash Team Racing Nitro. The service is currently offering a trial for Among us, which is available until July 27 at 11:59 p.m. PT. Those who love the game can buy it for 30% off on the eShop until August 1.

It will be interesting to see what games Nintendo adds to the SNES app in the coming months! While there are still some high-profile games missing, the company has clearly sold out some of the biggest names available. Hopefully that means another console will get similar treatment, like the Game Boy Advance or the N64. For now, fans will just have to take advantage of what’s available!
